Week 1 - Preparation & Build Up
This week includes a live planning & goal setting session with former Team GB mindset coach Dean Leak & some fun workouts with Ryan Libbey. You'll get to know each other, join WhatsApp groups, listen to podcasts and get familiar with our awesome all-in-one wellness app which you'll use to track your nutrition, stress levels, menstrual cycle and more.
Week 2 - Strength & Conditioning Week
Live strength & conditioning workouts this week. A focus on building up the intensity and helping you master key exercises for performance. Start the week off with a strength test session with Ryan Libbey (which will be repeated in week 8) and fun workouts with Jo Michaels, an award-winning fitness coach!
Week 3 - Eastern Wisdom & Movement Week
A week of movement with Pilates & yoga and a focus on mindfulness from the wisdom of the east. A chance to slow down, amongst the craziness of life.
Week 4 - Running Week
Maybe you don't run at all and haven't for years, or you're an experienced Strava pro, this week will have something for you. 3 run challenges + a group virtual run with coach Max Willcocks to finish the week.
Week 5 - Dance & Mental Health Week
Dance has been shown to help with anxiety & moderate depression better than other forms of exercise. Let's follow some epic dance fitness workouts this week with a focus on our mental health. We'll journal, dance & speak with a CBT therapist & mental health nurse. Rounding this week off with reflection and tools to tackle life.
Week 6 - Heart Health Week
Given the importance of cardiovascular health, dedicating a week to heart health is important! You'll follow the minimum needed exercise plan for heart health along with live Q&As with Dr Aman. Why the "minimum" required? It's so we know what our base should always be. And this information is important to pass on to our loved ones. Only 28% of adults lift weights 2x a week, with only 19% of over 65s doing so. This will be an illuminating week for your health.
Week 7 - Military & Stoicism Week
A week to push boundaries and see what we're made of. We will follow some military fitness tests and see where we stand. You'll learn about Stoicism and how this can help with your resilience in training and life. We're hosting 2 live sessions with Adam Libbey too. Adam was in the army from 2007 to 2013. He's done 2 tours of Afghanistan and awarded a joint commander's commendation for bravery. He's also trained as a trauma incident manager. You'll join 2 insightful live sessions with Adam about his life in the army and the life lessons he's taken from his career so far.
Week 8 - Lifestyle Building Week
A perfect conclusion, focusing on integrating the lessons learned into daily life for sustainable health and happiness. We will finish this week with a variety of fun workouts and a planning session for your next 8-week post challenge. Even though the challenge comes to an end here it's important to have a plan post challenge to keep your momentum going.

Of course! Weight loss is hard and you need to focus on your nutrition, training, mindset and support network. This challenge will embrace you as you are and help you work towards who you want to be. This isn't just about weight loss, it's a personal journey.
We have a range of live workouts through the challenge. Each week is different. But you'll get access to the recording 1 hour after the live session finishes. You don't need to make them live. Most people don't and catch up when it suits them :)

You'll get a customised macros plan tailored to your goal, whether that's fat loss, to maintain weight or gain. You will use our app and check-in inside the app weekly. You will also have access to our nutritionist via email 5 days a week for extra support too.
It's for everyone. Each week we will all try different themes and training. Some training sessions will have alternatives depending on your ability. The coaches will support you no matter where you're starting.
